A class workshop manual and petrol smell in vehicle

Anyone know where I can get hold of a workshop manual, Haynes dont seem to do one ?

In the mornings our A class smells of petrol when started and the smell comes through the heater vents. The smell is very strong first thing but does seem to improve after a while. Its not very pleasent. Any suggestions.
