Hi there

The spring on my accelerator cable assembly (where it ceases to be a cable, and becomes an electronic signal) is broken. I saw it today while we were replacing the engine damper near the belt.

I tried to bend the broken end around the eyelet, and managed to reconnect it, but now the pedal resistance is slightly too much. Without the spring the pedal works fine, but obviously I'd like everything to be 100%.

Anyone know if this is something I could get from Eurocarparts or similar? Its only a spring, don't want to drive the 15 miles to the stealer for it.

You will have to get the right spring from MB, ask them to post it.
