AdBlue Level

Apologies - how does one read the level in a W212/E-Class/W212-026. Cannot find anything in the instrument cluster?

There is nothing on these cars, I have just sold my 2016 S212 E350, there is no indication of levels until it gets low then you get a warning on the instrument cluster.

You have to find it via the service menu . It's not in any of the steering wheel menus . When and if you find it , it will likely say ad blue not full . Put 10 litres in and it'll say ad blue full.

What a poor design ...........may get a low level warning when essentially about to run out BUT no way to ascertain level without using a "lollipop stick". Even then guessing at hi/high level.

Anyhow, 5l swallowed. Will purchase another 5-10l during the week.

Press phone and then ok within a second on the trip menu screen ,ign on , gets you into the service menu. Ad blue level is in there.

On my car - does not show level solely says "not full". I done the usual web seaches and no where can you see the level actually in the tank.

Later model cars can be accessed eg Mecredes Me, etc but on W212-026 suspect a oversight unless "techinicain only sub level".

Yeah mines the same. I stick to 5 litres now as I read ad blue goes off and crystallises eventually.
