Advice about 220CE / E220 please

just looking for some advice is the CE220 the same car as the E220 coupe as my wife as the CE220 as we are looking at doing it up a bit & being offered a E220 coupe very cheep for parts am lost can any one help thanks

Both cars are the same mechanically as far as I know. The difference is that the 220CE is a pre-facelift W124 coupe and the other is a post-facelift. They have different bonnets, lights, bumpers and side-cladding. With the exception of these parts, most others would be interchangeable.
