hey all....just a wee bit of curiosity.
Ive noticed that on most mercs there is a ducting from the front of the air filter case to behind the grille wheres theres a scoop sort of thing.
Mine doesnt have this, instead it has a long straight pipe on it. It stops in the middle of the engine bay, and it has sort of a fan shaped thing that is fixed in the front of this pipe....what is it?
Does having the other scoop type setup any diff in regards to performance??
