Hello!
On my W210 (E300 diesel) from 1996 the gear-lever and the options (N, R, D) isn´t really good fitted. When it is really in Drive, the gear-lever is more close to R than D on the interior. How do I adjust this?

I would be very happy if anyone of you could tell me this :D

It's more likely to be one of the rubber grommets on the linkage under the car that has split and fallen out. If you place the lever in neutral is there a lot of forward/backward slack at the lever? This shows a grommet has fallen out in my experience.
