Any advice on fitting a new fan belt??

Hi to all,

Driving to work this morning & crack the belt snaps, thankfully id just pulled on the car park.

How easy is a new belt to fit or should i just get the mechanic to pick it up & fix it for me?

CAR: C220 Sport 1995 M reg W202

Check the belt tensioner is in good order and that all pulleys and idlers turn freely before fitting the new belt. Your owners book should show how the belt threads around the pulleys.
