Any UK companies who could fit an Android widescreen display

Hey all, new to the group!

I've recently taken delivery of my shiny and lovely C250d Convertible and i can honestly say I LOVE it. The only thing I'm really missing is Apple CarPlay. My car came with every conceivable extra EXCEPT for Car Play functionality. An extra which is hard to retrofit after buying. My other car is a brand new BMW 235 x Drive, and it's got all the toys I could ever wish for... But I want them on this new toy! I know there are after-market screens, but my technical ability to fit it scares the bujeezus out of me. Wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a reputable fitter, and also which screen would be a good choice to get?

Both of these will use your existing screen
