hi folks,

I was driving home tonight, and driving up through the gears (wasn't hammering it) and the car just cut out, moments before that that EPC light came on and the engine cut out, then all the dash lights seem to come on! I managed to g t it to roll down the hill into a lay by but it now will not start. The engine turns over but will not fire up. I was running low on fuel but the needle was not at the bottom though the light was on. I walked to the near by garage to get some fuel in a can and poured that in, but it still will not start, so im assuming it is not the lack of fuel.

Anyone got any ideas... im completely stuck now as I need ot get the car back, and was quoted £150 + vat to tow/recover it five miles to my house....
