errr I'm afraid I did....
:(
I shall just consider it a rather expensive flush through !

Ironically enough it's what MB do when they flush it (although they do it 3 times in total!)
I'm content enough to change ½ the ATF every 20,000 miles or so.

When I enquired about the 236.14 oil from Fuchs they suggested their 236.12 oil from OpieOils.

I had a brief search for 236.14 from Mobil (Exxon) and Shell and had less joy than with Fuchs.

On eBay in Germany there was some Fuchs 236.14 oil, but I thought it would more aggro than it was worth.

Hi Dan,
Thanks very much for your input..
I think I shall be seeking out the 236.12 at the very least.
I have heard fuchs oils are very good..

Once again, thanks for your reply.

No problem, I can vouch for Fuch's oils being very good. I have personally used their manual gearbox oil and also engine oil before. Fuch's SynDiesel is all I put in my MB engine. GSF where I buy it from claim that it is factory fill for MB and most other German cars
