B Class - Temp Guage

I have been driving a B Class for around 6 months now, and have recently spotted that the temperature guage keeps between 80 -90 degrees even with around 15 mins of drive.
Is this usual?I had a passat before and even driving long hours, the temperature would not go above 60 at any time.
Need an expert's advice. Thanks in advance.

90 degrees or thereabouts is normal on mine and has been on every car I have ever owned.

Yes 80-90 is normal. 60 is way to low needed to replace thermostat.
