No it’s a mileage/age extra buddy,
Maybe 40/50k or 4 years ?

My next service is £811 . Oil n filter and alot of check this check that.

Extras are gearbox oil n filter.

Youd think paying £811 it would include air and fuel filters . But no !!

I stand to be corrected, Vin but apart from obviously the oil filter, no other filter is part of a B service, they will be checked and changed if needed, but not actually part of the service, mines booked in, on July 20th, at my local indie, and have been quoted,
£500 for the B service and Auto gearbox oil change.
Happy with that.

If you are going to a MB dealer ring around services are not all the same price.
Otherwise an MB independent is going to be cheaper.

I suspect it is legal to sell but illegal to use.

Ridiculous isn’t it. Some dealers can be difficult confirming service history though if you are the buyer as I’ve found before.
I always ask for evidence of maintenance and check mot history on the government site to verify mileage.

Or as happy as you can be paying half a grand for a routine service.
Dealer service pricing is rising to extortionate levels for some marques.....and I almost fell off my chair when reading the £811 quote one post above yours.

Yes that's the way it should happen.
I had one dealer service done on my previous car(Audi) but when I came to trade it in for my Mercedes they told me they couldn't find any online record of the service being carried out so asked if I had a paper receipt, which I did so all was well.
Honestly it doesn't surprise me that my Audi dealer didn't update the online service record.....because I am assuming Mercedes would know where to look.
I wonder if the fact that my service was complimentary had anything to do with it....
