No. An advertised price is "an offer to treat" and not legally binding on the seller -the seller does not have to sell for the price advertised. Sometimes they will sell for an erroneously advertised price as a "goodwill" gesture though - but unfortunately not on this occasion.Obviously a cock-up, but can you not claim it for that, if it's advertised at that price. Didn't that used to be your rights?
