I get that. However I ponder that load on electric system will be most when operating steering stationary and or at full lock.?

I only tried with car idling still. If I turn the steering it doesn't make noise. But if I use automatic parking for example it makes noise (parking at low velocity) . Is there some kind of pump inside the steering column that could make noise?

Anyway I'll have to make more experiments to clarify the situation. It's not easy :(

Check the rubber boots (gaiters) on the steering rank for damage. The noise could be from leaky bellows during operation of the steering.

Should I find grease leaking? Could it explain the noise from the air vents region while steering to the left? Thank you

It is conceivable that an electric/electronic power steering can be noisy in only one direction, have you tried putting the front of the car onto axle stands and turning the steering without the engine running (assuming that's possible with just the ignition on)?

I don't think an electric/electronic steering should be bothered by full lock, but there is an electric motor inside.

Thank you. Not tried yet, on that car this requires removing the undercover panels etc. I think I'll ask to a mechanic, hoping at the dealer they recognize the noise instantly. I'll keep the topic posted
