That time has come where i need a new front set of tyres, had apollo tyres on the front, they lasted well (just over 20k miles) but the handling on the was awful!
I was thinking of putting some Goodyear Efficient Grip performance's on they dont seem to be a bad price!
My budget is sort of £110 each maximum, so has anyone had any particularly good experiences which a tyre??

I always had Goodyear Eagle FI Assy 2/3 on the 41/2 years I had my E320. They were extremely good in all conditions and VERY quiet. Also. I was Running on 19" wheels.

From what I have read on lots of forum reviews, the Michelin Primacy 3 and the Continental Premium Contact 6 seem to come out on top. The Continentals will be my next tyre.

Try online sites Camskill and Tyreleader for price comparisons as well .
I have Goodyear efficient grip on my E320cdi , seem very good to me . I use Pirelli as winter tyres which are also good

The issue is Eagle F1 assy were an option but they were quoting about £140 per tyre! Also i only have 16inch wheels too!

I'll go have a look at them now! The efficient grips seem to be the best value at the moment!

Uniroyal Rainsport 3 are always a popular choice on here as well (my CLK has them as summers )

VW Scirocco. The Quattro, E350 CDi Blue Efficiency Sport Coupe, now both gone
Uniroyal RS3 from Camskill

I’ve got these on the front of mine. Reasonably priced, great handling in the wet, I’d certainly recommend them.

Woooaaah, how are these so cheap??
I assume you have to find a garage to fit them!
Use those prices plus fitting to "batter down" your local tyre fitter to match or get close to that price
