C320 CDI 2004 (Facelift) - W203
I wanna keep this OM642 running for years (takes audacity, i know) so I'd like to start by removing the stuff that will sooner or later prompt limp modes.

I can think of the Intake Manifold, Swirl Flaps (with sealed flaps), EGR and DPF. On top of a good ECU tuning that could remove all these systems.

Is there anything else problematic that I could be missing out?

Note: Its a C320CDI 2004 facelift version.

My old W210 E320 cdi had all those jobs done but the weak link was the turbo. This was replaced with a remanufactured unit (not very well remanufactured) and the seals failed and it dieselled the motor to death at 200k.

Can’t believe your injectors are still hanging in there! What mileage? Only good for up to about 175k in my experience.
