    This came up?

    Crazy price or what??

    http://mercedescarfinder.co.uk/detail.html?car_id=169638

£42k for a 6000 mile C220cdi coupe. My old mans S class cost approx this and had the same miles plus more spec, more doors, bigger engine etc.

I really like the C class, I have one, but £42k for a 4pot diesel 2dr that replaces the CLC essentially. Not a chance.

It'll bomb in price, my less than loaded estate was almost 1/3rd of this cars price and has a boot, doors at the back.

Must have been less. At £24k I could get if someone bought it but £42 is S350 territory or E350CDI territory at least.

I priced a new C Coupe for a hoot. I stopped smiling very quickly.

It's extremely expensive for what it is.

If it were £42k and it was the snarling AMG or brabus D6'd C350cdi I'd get it.

My estate car, which is better than a coupe as its more spacious and practical, minus leather and COMAND won't have cost £42k. Well, here is hoping it did, as I really would have got the bargain of the century

Steve. Price it all up and see for yourself.

    You'll be more than happy

Mines come in £50 under £37k. I added a sun roof, seat heating, 6CD plus media interface, privacy glass, side air bags for the back seats (why is this not standard), metallic paint and tel pre wire.

Its the sport plus which is what I would order. Pricey car.

The base price of a C220cdi coupe is £34,085. If specced up, it's difficult to get beyond £42,000.

Say there is £10k worth of kit there, then theres a £44k car.

Assuming that price includes VAT then this is a really bad deal.

Yep, I edited my post as you posted...difficult to get to £42,000...trying to keep the spec they have posted. A bad deal indeed.

Now, on the other hand if the two and the four were the other way round, it would be ok.

But I cannot afford a £24k car, nor do I wish to, my estate car is truly wonderful for less (albiet a bit more elderly)

Its not just any estate car, or any car for that matter, but the finest car money can buy

Its presented in the correct colour scheme of iridium silver paint with black half leather seats with the correct black headlining inside with additional window tints to ensure you never need sunglasses.

Any other colour scheme is a mere attempt, this is the best one, and the only correct one :p
