I have been told that I have a problem with one of the engine sensors on my C180.
If I accelerate quickly (in any gear) at around 3500rpm, the revs suddenly drop for a few seconds as if the car is stalling. I've been told that there are sensors on the engine that reduce the revs at 6000rpm+ and one of these sensors could be faulty causing the revs to drop prematurely.
Could this be the case?
If so is there an easy way to detect and replace the sensor?
