Hi,
Disconnect and reconnect the battery and re-synch, though by doing this you will have to do all 4 windows and possibly the sunroof also make sure you have the stereo code.
It might be better if you were to disconnect the individual window motor as I believe damage "can" be done to the SAM unit on 203's by disconnecting the battery.

Turn ignition on, hold window button in down position for 10 secs, release, hold switch in up position for 10 secs.

Should be job done.

To sync the windows, you just close the window and hold the button in the up mode for 10 sec with the key turned to 2.

This should solve it unless the window track is too tight

Remember guys when telling people to disconnect batterys on these 203,s, it could easy cost them a rear sam due to the advise given to them!!

Just tried the 10 second thingy ( without disconnecting battery ) but doesnt seem to work.. maybe im doing something wrong... or does it need power interuption. Not sure what this SAM is but im guessing its not good.. or cheap !!

The window will be too tight in the tracks, and it goes down as it thinks that something is in the way, does the window slow down when it gets near the top

I can send you the instructions for the window motor, but before that it may pay you to unplug the electrics from just that motor to see if it will re set

An alternative would be to remove the window fuse, and re fit. this is far better than a battery disconnect on a 203
