C220 cdi Or C270 cdi which one?

Hi Still looking for my perfect car. Seen a few that i like but after reading threads on here i wan't to ask for more addvice . Ok so the rust problem what do you think? 2002-03 with 70.000k 0r a 2004-54 with 110.000k both with full history . On what year did the rust prob stop.
PS Sorry to be a pest but want to get it right first time.

Cars were galvanized from 04-03 and Nano paint from 04-04
