C270 won,t start first thing, changed injectors as recomended, changed rail seals as recomended, noticed now that after filter fuel pipe is free from air to low pressure pump, but after pump a lot of air in fuel line,do these pumps have a repair kit or should some amount of air enter fuel mix ?This is turning out to be a hair pulling and expensive repair on a car I love to drive. Please if you can help it would be great. The car wont start first thing but if you keep on turning over it eventually does then it,s fine all day,the new injectors seemed to cure this for about three weeks but now it,s started again.:-(

I would replace all of the seals.

The reason it is hard to start is the you can compress air, this means that the injectors cannot open. You must also make sure that the return to tank pipes are also airtight.

Many threads on the forum on this subject and not expensive to fix, but all pipes must be perfect

when you say all the seals do you mean in the pump or all the seals in the fuel system ?
How to I check that the return pipes are airtight ?
