I have a W203 with an iPod connected to the audio system via the glove box interface kit. It seems when I deselect AUX i.e. switch to radio mode the iPod is not turned off by the audio system as when I look in the glove box the iPod is still playing.Also when the iPod is connected none of the iPod functions are active from the iPod. The only way it seems to turn off the iPod is to disconnect it from the connector and turn it off in the normal way. Surely there must be a way of turning off the iPod without having to disconnect it either from the multi-function steering wheel or the audio system itself.
Has anyone come across this problem before?
