Just purchased a SLK 320. The insurance quote from esure = £328.00

Considering the motor is only 2 years old I was pleasantly surprised at the figure quoted. Late forties, full no claims and wife as named driver simular age.

Is this about the norm for what I would class as a performance vehicle V6 3.2 litre light body etc?

More like nearer 50 unfortunately however, if it keeps the premium down who gives a sh*t. As for more like the benefits of living in Merthyr Tydfil forget it. Car crime is noticable allthough the idiots generally go for Escorts, Fiesta`s and Astra`s as these are the only motors they have worked out.
