Car Knock

Hi Guys,

I have mercedes s320 cdi 2006, i have changed engine oil and filter, after that when i drive car around 2500 to 3000 rpm, car knocks, jerks.
Any idea why its happening pls?

Have you dislodged a pipe or sensor around the oil filter .
