Chip for 2.2cdi

Guys; just visiting with the hope that you may be able to offer some advice.
A friend is hoping to "chip" a V Class 2.2 cdi. It's a '01 with, I think, 122 bhp as standard. Can you give me an idea of what's available, and what the gains might be. Thanks.

Allegedly you could be looking at +30bhp for just over £500 fitted. Check with the insurance co first though!
