chip upgrades and supercharger pulleys

I have a 1998 SLK 230k and I ahve heard that the engine can deliver good power for reasonable cost by putting a different pulley on the supercharger and a chip reprogram.
Does anyone know where I could source the pulley kit from and who in the SE London area could undertake the work
