Anyone know the wiring diagrams for the headunit on a citan 2016. Trying to install a android headunit but can’t figure out which wires connect to what.

Which android unit are you trying to install?

I know there are ISO adapters available that convert the Citan wiring which would then just mean you need to check the connections on the ISO connector (which are a standard layout) and pair them up with the wires you have on your new radio. I did notice that you appear to have chopped off the wires from the Citan loom, and chopped them very close to the plug which would make putting it back together again quite difficult for testing purposes

Did the kit come with a connector to fit the black connector on the back of the new radio? The black connector on the radio will be for power, speakers etc.

The general rule of thumb is that on the van wiring plugs, the one with the red (battery) and black (ground) also contains the speaker wires (which you could identify by checking the wiring on the speakers themselves.

You will also need a switched live (sometimes plain yellow)

The battery live keeps the things like the clock at the correct time etc.

There is one thing to watch out for, sometimes the permanent live is yellow and the switched live is yellow, sometimes the other way round, a good check with a meter would get them correct
