Command TV

This might be a silly question but I am new to Mercedes ownership. My 2001 CLK430 Cab has Command/Sat Nav fitted and it is very useful so far. However, I notice that it seems to have a TV function button. Was this a further option? Can you get it to work now?

this was an option. if fitted the unit has been disabled for use when the car is moving. push the TV button you should get a menu or screen with white noise. In a couple of years time it would not work with the closing down of the system.

I pressed the tv button when driving home just now and it just keeps the same yellow screen and says "NO TV". So i guess I wont be about to activate it?

As I said before if you have one it will not work when the car is moving. if it says No TV when you are parked well I guess that's what it means.
