I'm not really having much fun with these guys. They want to bounce responsibility of the issue back to the dealer.

They've never called me back once in 2 weeks.

Anyone have any experience (good or bad) with them? Am I wasting my time, and should I just talk to dealer?

I think they are for breakdowns. I rang them when my 6 month old car 'conked' :oops: and they had a lorry, technician and laptop to me in 30 mins. Not Bad!

I am very familiar with that phone number but I believe it's the breakdown service number.

Go for Milton Keynes and chase up Dermot Kelly.

However, my experience has been you are better off seeing a lawyer.
