My local dealer has been on the phone to say they have lost the mercedes francise to a reg vardy garage under construction.Their service to date has been first class but expensive at times and they say that they can do warranty work and repairs as they still have all the technicians etc and still plan to sell new mercedes cars.As they will no longer be the official mercedes dealer in the area would you still use them for service work and how much cheaper would you expect then to be.If their charges stay the same i might as well take it to the new offical dealership and have a complete service history.

What do you think A160 auto 2001

The dealer is glen henderson ayr ( scotland )

A class service rates the same as other dealers for basic service but try and charge £50 to £60 for preventative extras but they have been very good about goodwill repairs under warranty
