Diagnostics printout

I must ask, is a diagnostic printout on my MB an option or compulsory part of the process as I have not received one even after requesting one. After all £95 pounds for a diagnostic check and no printout ? Mmmm

Thanks again one and all. Your knowledge and help is as usual appreciated.The question remains, when I asked why was I refused by a "that's all you get " and a further request of guess what, it in the post, and this is a main dealer.

I've never received one from a dealer and yet always from an independent.

Don't forget the vast expense of paper and ink has to come out of their £95
