ps wouldn't it be beneficial to slice all 4 antenna leads into the co ax..?

Oh no one cannot do that, you just cannot parallel coaxial cables. I hit the right one first time, this is the nearest one inwards.

The other antenna's are for other countries in the main.

ok thank you very much, I thought the 4 aerials were just directional...? remember the old days when u had a coat hanger stuck in the back of the b&w tv, then u added another coat hanger, then another, then a bit of wire and eventually getting a good signal.....lol..i thought it might have been the same principal and also thought it might avoid having to park the car at a certain angle, well off to Tesco now to get me a digi box :0) thanks
wish me luck :)

These can fail in that way, they often come back to life if the fuse for the changer is removed for 20 mins and replaced, failing that it will have to be repaired.

Ignore the booster and antenna, the MB one is very good, you just do not need it.

Note that tuner use an F connector for the antenna, you will need a short piece of coax that you will have to spice onto the existing wire once you have cut the plug off.

If you are unsure I will do a splice and take a picture.

Good thinking, I did wonder if any form of antenna came with it, the 50Ω cable is much easier to use than the solid core 75Ω :D

quite simple to do isn't it, all in and working, only thing that threw me was that stupid digibox, who would have thought when the red light is on...the box is off and when the light is off the box is on....Chinese aye lol.
Getting about 55 to 60 % signal strength on my drive but all channels are pixelating quite bad, nothing is watchable really. there must be a way to improve that antenna I took the inner lead from the 4 aerials leads( the black tabbed one)....if I cant get a smooth channel I feel as if ive wasted my money and time... :( its horrible being a perfectionist at times LOL
