hello all, my first post here! I have a 2007 B Class 1.5 and want to carry out the service myself, I have done it with all my cars - mistrust in garages being the main reason. I want to do a oil change/ oil filter change / air filter and spark plug change. Any guides or recommendations would be greatfully appreciated...
What brands would people recommend for spark plugs and oil??
Thanks,
David.

Beware !!!!
Your one year old car will be very hard to sell / part exchange if it hasn't got MB dealer stamps in its service book (you'll probably lose far more in extra depreciation than the cost of servicing saved!).
Also, you'll be throwing away your three year warranty and any updates / recalls that the main dealer will quietly install.

As Doug and colechelle above the car is a bit on the new side to go without stamps in the book,,most of us wait 4-5 years
