I think you need a long 17mm spanner, and use that to lever off the plug leads, dont just pull them as they aint cheap if you break them lol. take the plastic cover off, remove the 1 screw on the coilpack, release the coil leads from the plugs, move the pack and lead out of the way, then get ready to scrape your knuckles lol

As Mark above,,just lever the caps off with a 17mm open ended spanner over the top of the rocker cover

I was told though that access to the plugs is a pig and that you need to strip a lot of the airbox etc out. I was really asking about that, sorry!! Thanks for your help though

I have found it now but the reason why I never posted it is that i,m at work (link saved on favourites on home PC) and each forum page is taking up to 10 minutes each to load :( and thought as the O/P after all does have the same search functionality as myself and probably has a lot faster connection it would be quicker for him to find it.
