I hope somebody can help me here as I am new to this forum. The DPF on my C204 2012 showing 400 soot level. I have removed and cleaned the DPF properly and change differential pressure sensor. Now it is still reading 400 and wont rev more than 3000. My diagnostic tool will not regenerate if level above 200.
Is there a way to zero the soot level on the ECU. Thanks

They're very prone , several revisions , always best to get the latest version , a cheap component in the dpf Merry-go-round .

@xazy As Post #02 above, what fault codes are currently showing and what scanner do you have? Where did you find the information that it will not start a manual regen with a soot level above 200%?

If your Autel Scanner will not initiate a manual regen with a soot level above 200% you need one that will, having just watched
I was surprised to see the demonstration initiated a manual regen while the vehicle was stationary where one of the requirements for a forced regen in a Mercedes is that the vehicle should be moving in excess of 40 MPH with a min 25% fuel in the tank, this would indicate a conflict for me where clearly one of the parameters isn't being met? A manual regen in a Mercedes should require 2 operators, one to drive the car and a 2nd to operate the scanner!
I would try a local independent Mercedes specialist with Star, it'll be cheaper in the long run than changing the 12 or so devices required to be working within operating parameters one by one and new scanners? I'm sure if you post your location, members will recommend their favourites in your vicinity.

I would appreciate if you have a look at the parameters of this photo. Cat upstream showing 0c while this vehicle, according to dealer, has no cat temp sensor. It is a non blue add engine . cheers
