I have since 2 months had a E 270 CDI - 3 years old. 5 speed Auto Box.

When using the Tempomat to maintain a constant speed of say 140 km/h, after some time (more than ½ hour) the car becomes 'tired': It has difficulty to climb hills, it does not react to kick-downs and is completely 'dead', when trying to overtake.
Could appear as if the Turbo is not active at all

After stopping the engine and starting again, the car has recovered its power and reacts agressive as usual.

I have only seen this behaviour, when using the Tempomat.

Appreciate any proposals.

Your Mercedes
A diesel
Probably the Air Mass Meter is duff so the engine doesn't fuel up as requested.
