If anybody has an idea of what i can look for on the problem, I turn the key to the on position and i can adjust the fan motor speed, know if i turn the car on and running the fan will not work, it will once and a while try to go but is unsuccessful, I have pulled the fan motor out and put back it seemed to be okay. I'm at a loss right now as what to do next?

I would check the fuse connection it may be that with the engine running there is some other component using the same fuse or check the resistor pack which is located behind the battery.
