E270 CDI Valeo Radiator Issues

Am I right in thinking that by now the older W211 models vitted with Valeo radiators should now be ok. As some of these models have higher miles I imagine either that the radiator has been replaced or there is no problem with it.
Is this safe to assume, and how can you tell if it is a valeo radiator, unless obvious and marked "valeo" on radiator

The links above relate to the issues around the Valeo radiator problem. The problem manifests itself by a failed torque converter in the auto box. I believe that a sticker is put on the radiator to denote if the issue has been fixed. The interesting point from the thread is that even with a Behr radiator the owner has a failed torque converter the question was raised as to whether the radiator had been changed before the torque converter failed yet did some damage which is now evident.
