The good, the bad and the ugly!
I've been having a problem with the engine management light coming on for several weeks and putting the engine into limp mode and occasionally cutting it off altogether. Fault usually occurs with a warm engine and after a prolonged period of steady driving. All very odd.
Took a look at the MAF and general airways only to discover the sealing ring around the turbo (compressor side) has been eaten by the turbo. Great news in that the air leak is plugged, car no longer faults and it actually starts at a flick of the key for the first time in 20k miles. Bad news is that several of the turbo fins are bent. So I'm looking for a new one now. Seems to be many variants none of which match mine exactly. The OEM doesn't match the engine, or the turbo type or the turbo number...HELP!!!!

Can anyone tell me the best number to go with and somewhere to buy a new beast please??
