I have an E280 Avantgarde 5 speed automatic 1997 car with a gearbox problem, it would seem to be. When trying to do a quick take off/acceleration or a heavy kickdown, there is an erratic changeover. If treated more gently as Mercedes are better for, there is no problem, otherwise drives perfectly, Any one out there with any same problems and any ideas, please help.
