E320 cdi oil under turbo unit

I'm in the process of buyinga 2001 e320 cdi but could do with some advice. I've had it inspected by the RAC and they found problems with idle running, oil around turbo and oil from final drive. It's been back to MB and needed a new injector and new final drive seal. MB said oil around turbo is OK for car of this age. The car's done 20000 miles, should I be worried!? Help! :?

The oil is probably from the oil breather rather than the turbo. Honestly it doesn't sound like an issue.
