Hi.
I have a 2001 E320 cdi, the intercooler was replaced a few weeks ago, but the fuel consumption is still well below acceptable and at times, it lacks power,When the power dies, i have to stop, re-start and it goes fine for a while. Lots of black smoke when i accelerate.
I was told it may be the EGR Valve giving problems, any help appreciated.
