I've got a grey E-Reg 300CE which is mechanically very sound and looks 'OK' -underneath the bodywork ain't so clever though. Free-to-a-good-home is what I've got in mind for her - scrapping would seem an awful shame. . .

215k.

Failed it MOT on a the handbrake and a front spring. Took it to a guy who told me that the chassis needed a 'lot of work' - that sounded expensive and I'm not really much of an enthusiast so I SORN'd it.

Spec-wise it's a 3L Auto with grey leather, cd, ac , sunroof etc. Everything seems to work fine but a couple of things need a bit of gentle persuasion - passenger window, driver seat-belt retractor. Bodywork would benefit from some TLC but still a joy to drive. Had it down to London recently and it was the most enjoyable motorway driving experience I've EVER had. . .

Just to confirm. . .

. . .I'm looking to shift this car free-of-charge.

I'll even drive it to an EH postcode of you choice.

Her indoors wants it out of the driveway!
