Emissions Claims, fake or real ?

I see loads of ads for emissions claims, I wouldn't just go ahead and do this without advice, has anyone experienced this or used any service provider for this?

There are many people who have signed up for this,it is a group claim and you just need to qualify to join up i am advised that there is no risk to any individual.
The kickback is the company bringing the lawsuit will want 50% of anything awarded (If that happens of course) i see it similar to the PPI companies who operated over the years, the advantage is i suppose is you have nothing to lose and 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

Where there's blame there's a claim I suppose . What's next, EV owners suing because their cars predicted range was inaccurate and the battery's have gone flat on the motorway ?
