Hi,

I was driving along today and the light came on. I've read the hand book but don't seem to understand what the problem is, does anybody know what it could be or has anyone else had the same trouble? My service A is due, could this be the problem?

Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum, you have not said what car you have, if the car drives OK it could be the MAF or O2 sensor, let us know what car you have

hi, thanks for the reply, i have a C180 Merc avantgarde on a 52 plate. What is the MAF and 02 sensors? Is it expensive to repair? I was a bit confused because on the start up menu it doesnt say the car has any malfunctions.

thanks

yeah the normal performance is fine, the hand book said something about ignition, emissions, injection or exhaust problems to.

If the car is driving OK it should be the O2 sensor, not a big job and no panic to do it, it could go away on its own
