engine power loss

I have a c200 elegance it has covered 115000 miles and has got a full service history, there are no unusual noises nor any smoke but I do not have any power. I struggle to 70mph on the flat and it takes an eternity to get there and hills are a bind. Any ideas please

Sounds like the MAF to me - plenty of topics/threads on the Forum that will explain further.
