Hi all, new here hoping someone can help… I understand the engine skid can be dropped a little to allow access to parking sensors on my C220D Coupe (68 plate)… I’ve been under the car and although I was told a couple of clips and it is accessible but seems more tricky than that. Has anyone ever used this method to access the sensors?

The bumper has to come off.

First that tray your picturing comes off, then arch liners, fixings inside theire and then pull off to remove.

Bumper isn’t actually as hard to remove as you might initially think. Just make sure you have plenty of old blankets or similar ready to put it on to save marking the paint
