Extended Warrenty - S420

Greetings to All,
I am new to the Benz family. I recently purchased a 1997 S420, low miles 36,000. The car is in good condition and had all the maintenance records. I am considering purchasing an extended warrenty, am I throwing my money away?

Extended Warrenty

Buy the warranty if it covers everything.  Most warranties are rubbish and leave you paying many bills.
The S class is a complicated car and will need work.
