right, I've spent roughly 6 years scratching around the glovebox for the aux input but can't find it anywhere. all I have is the connector for the iPod leads. does this mean I need to buy the aux/usb/iPod cable pack to connect it to COMAND?
Yep, push the button so the "armrest" bit opens up into two, and hopefully you'll see a USB socket in there, with the one you want next to it. I'm not using it myself, but I've been told it's the iPod one - I even have an iPod lead, but no iPod lol.
So had just over a week of driving, very happy so far, just a couple of minor irks.
First there are a couple of very small chips in the windscreen, they are mostly 1-2mm MAX in diameter, don't think they can be filled so will plod along.
The other is that sometimes when driving in comfort mode, when coasting with my foot off the accelerator when I put my foot down again it takes a couple of seconds for the power from the engine to go to the wheels. the revs drop slightly (about a notch on the counter) and then pick up and send the power to the wheels. When I put the car in Sport mode, none of the delay so I'm leaning towards thinking this isn't a fault, just the way the car drives in Comfort mode.
I've never driven an auto before this car so forgive my ignorance...
