Your Mercedes
a class 2020.
Reddit sent me here! (I'm not a car guy, apologies in advance - I'm coming from a 2017 Mazda3 (2.0 Petrol, Manual)

1. How do you find the general reliability of Mercs around 2020 (I've always been a japanese vehicle fan but the interior of mercs has won me over)
2. How does the reliability of the 2.0 AMG line petrol A class compare to the 2.0 A35? Is it less reliable as the a35 generates a lot more power or has bigger turbos perhaps? I've been dissuaded from the 1.3 merc as it's reportedly underpowered and has to work harder for motorway speed etc
3. How do you find the performance of the auto gearbox and its reliability?

Interested to hear your thoughts on these questions, and anything else you think I should know!

Thank you

Kyle

For reliability a Japanese car will always be better.
Avoid CVT box.
